From New Zealand's South Island, better known for pinot noir, comes this fine blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot. It's impressively ripe and chewy, with smooth tannins, hints of berries and black pepper and tight acidity. It would match well with roast lamb, beef or duck.
