Sitting at your desk? Then you’re ready to work out your wrists. Trainer Kathleen Trotter shows you how to do it on the sly

Hold a light piece of office equipment such as a stapler. Place your forearm on the arm rest of your chair. Allow your wrist to dangle over the end. With your palm facing down, bend at the wrist so your knuckles move toward your forearm. Repeat 15 times, then switch hands.

You can also try this exercise the opposite way: With your palm up, bend at the wrist so your knuckles rise toward the ceiling.
