Looking for an easy core workout? No fancy equipment is needed – just you and a pillow

1. Lie on your right side with the pillow folded up under your waist and your right knee bent on the floor. 2. Lift your left leg, keeping it straight and your foot flexed. Cross your right arm over your chest so you can’t hold the floor for balance. Then place your left hand behind your head and use your core to lift your body slightly off the pillow. 3. Pulse your upper- and lower-body toward each other. Don’t let your shoulders roll forward or backward. Do 20 repetitions, then switch sides.
