Straighten one leg under your desk. Point your toes. Circle your foot ten times clockwise. Then ten circles counter clockwise.After you finish the circles, pull your toes toward your shin and then point your toes away from your shin twenty times.Switch and repeat on the other leg. Repeat the sequence hourly
