Don’t just put your feet up – your living-room ottoman is all you need to work your core

1. Start in a plank position, hands and feet on the floor. 2. Keep your core engaged and torso stable as you place one hand then the other on the ottoman. 3. Try not to move your feet. Instead, reach your hands forward as if you were flying. With control, return your hands to the starting position on the floor. Repeat two to 10 times.The Globe and Mail
