Start by positioning your feet hip-distance apart in front of your office chair.

Slowly lower yourself down towards the chair as if you were going to sit down. Pause and hold yourself just above the chair for three seconds. Hover so close to the chair that no one even notices. Finish by sitting down. These may not feel like much, but over an entire day the squat holds will add up. Added bonus: These will prepare you for ski season.
