The Winter Wiper: Your scarf isn’t just for wearing – it’s also the key to a quick workout that will fix your posture in seconds

1. Stand with your elbows at your side, arms bent at 90 degrees. Hold the scarf with both hands, palms up. 2. Draw your right upper arm backward in your shoulder sockets so that your forearm and hand are pulled to the side. At the same time, use the scarf and your left arm to resist the pulling motion of your right. 3. Without resting, repeat the movement on your opposite side using your left arm to pull the scarf.
