The dining room table and bench were built by Maverick Lumber’s Antonio Pacheco. The light fixtures, as well as many other items, were sourced by the owners: “We didn’t want to leave it to the builder to say ‘Here are your three options,’” says Ms. Cassidy.

The master bedroom looking toward the master bath. At first, plans were to walk up the stairs into the master bath “but in the end it didn’t feel right walking into the bathroom,” says Mr. Cassidy, “so we switched it around and lost the walk-in closet.”
