The building is also an attraction for its style, services and recreational facilities, ranging from a squash court to a dog-wash station. "It's called South Beach condo, so they've modelled it with a Miami feel and everything is extravagant," Ms. Pedro notes.

"It has really great amenities, like an indoor and outdoor pool, a huge gym where they do classes, a basketball court and a spa."
