LISTING AGENTS Jeff, Mark, Norah and Paul Oulahen, Re/Max Realtron Realty Inc.

The Action: Not far from a golf course, extensive parkland and cultural attractions, such as the Ontario Science Centre, is a two-tower complex where the Oulahen family listed two units in early spring. This two-bedroom corner suite was picked up within two weeks in March.

What They Got: In the south tower of the Highgate community, this 1,883-square-foot suite has south and west-facing windows illuminating the open living and dining area, which has laminate floors and sliding balcony doors, and a family room with parquet floors and French doors.

Situated by the entrance is a separate kitchen with ceramic floors and backsplashes, a laundry room and hall to the carpeted bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet and one of two four-piece bathrooms.

The unit comes with parking and monthly dues of $956 for utilities, cable and 24-hour gatehouse, along with a gym, pool, tennis and squash courts, putting greens, billiards and party rooms.

The Agent's Take: "This was one of the larger units, with 1,883 square feet, which is quite a bit of space," says agent Jeff Oulahen, who sold the largest three-bedroom suite in April. "People living in houses are going for this bungalow-in-the-sky idea."

Recreational attractions on and off site were another highlight. "It's an older building, but it's very well maintained and the amenities are quite nice," says Mr. Oulahen, who also cites the popularity of the Noor Cultural Centre nearby.

"It's a big, new centre creating some demand in these buildings."
