While older bungalows are often replaced, this property is not likely doomed. "This was a bit special because it wasn't just for land value. You could come in and take a wall down and open up the main level and have a nice three-bedroom house," Mr. Oulahen states.
"It's an awesome lot: it's has a reverse ravine, so it's very deep and very private. A lot in the area is maybe 50 [feet wide] and maybe 130 or 140 feet [deep]."
