This stacked condominium townhouse unit was a magnet for buyers wanting to live close to the hip shops, pubs and businesses in Liberty Village, but with a modest budget in the mid-$200,000s, agent Christopher Bibby says.
"Everything in there sells so quickly and that area's very high demand right now, especially at this price," says Mr. Bibby, who received an offer on the unit the day it was listed.
"There are so many condo [towers]going up in the city, so something like this is really unique and will definitely hold its value in the long run."
