LISTING AGENT Ira Jelinek, Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd.

The Action: Each day brought a new visitor to this two-bedroom-plus-den corner suite in the south tower of the Minto Midtown complex at Yonge and Eglinton. While some units take a month to sell, this one had a deal penned in about two weeks.

What They Got: Seven years ago, an eco-friendly highrise on Yonge Street was designed with retail at its base and upscale suites above, such as this 1,400-square-foot suite with an open concept layout with hardwood floors, three balconies and walls of windows facing south and east.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and the unit has its own laundry facilities. There are three bathrooms, including a seven-piece master ensuite. The unit also comes with a storage locker and parking.

Monthly fees of $829 cover 24-hour concierge, car wash and common gym, pool and media room.

The Agent's Take: "The average unit is a one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den or cookie-cutter two-bedroom, but this was a much larger unit," says agent Ira Jelinek. "From the 30th floor and above are luxury units where they're … not the same layout – they're all different."

Even the outdoor space is quite vast. "Most places have one balcony, but since this was a luxury unit, it has a couple – one off the master, living room and kitchen," Mr. Jelinek adds.
