IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Power relationships of one sort or another will play a large part in your life over the coming year and it’s quite likely that your own position will change dramatically. No matter what happens, be it good or bad, never forget that you are captain of your soul.

ARIES (March 21 - April 20):

Resist the temptation to live too much of your life in the past. It’s okay to look back now and again but if you keep doing it then something is wrong. Aries is supposed to be a go-ahead sign, so get going and start creating your tomorrows today.

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

People you meet while out and about today could be less than helpful, so try not to get yourself in situations where you have to rely on the generosity of strangers. In fact, for best results you should stick as close to home as you can.

GEMINI (May 22 - June 21):

According to the planets you are aiming too low and the reason for that is your fears have started to get the better of you. That’s a shame because the planets indicate if you raise your sights a bit you could accomplish something amazing quite soon.

CANCER (June 22 - July 23):

You’ve hardly had time to draw breath of late and it’s unlikely that will change over the next few days. What will change though is that a relationship will go into a kind of limbo for a while. Don’t expect too much of it for the next few weeks.

LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):

Something you have been worrying about for ages will resolve itself today, or at least appear to, and your relief will be immense. But don’t start thinking that’s the end of the matter. You should know by now that causes always have consequences.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):

You have the power to make far-reaching changes, but because Pluto begins one of its rare retrograde phases today it might be wise not to make too much of it. The best changes are the ones that come from evolution, not revolution.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):

You need to get your head around the fact that change is inevitable, and once you have managed that you will realize that worrying about change is a waste of time. Instead of trying to avoid what is changing, try using it to improve your position.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):

There is nothing you cannot do, nothing you cannot accomplish. Even though your ruling planet Pluto is now beginning its retrograde phase you still have the power to make things happen, simply by trusting your instincts and acting on them.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):

The world around you may seem chaotic at the moment but if you stand back and try to see the bigger picture today you will recognize the outlines of a design that has always been there. Your life still has, and will always have, meaning and purpose.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):

People are what they are and you won’t change them by wishing they were more like you. What happens today will not only remind you of that fact but also highlight what a boring world it would be if each and every one of us were the same.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):

According to the planets you have been pushing yourself too hard and need a rest. And not just a physical rest but a mental and emotional one too. There is only so much sensory input an Aquarius can take and you are now way past your limit.

PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):

Something dramatic will happen over the next 24 hours and while it may not be possible to say exactly what that something might be it will certainly be linked to friendships and group activities. Looks like Pisces will have to come to the rescue again!
