IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Virgo is the sign of schedules and details and small print and if you remember that fact and play to your strengths you won’t go far wrong over the coming 12 months. Leave grand plans and the “vision thing” to other people. Keep life simple.

ARIES (March 21 - April 20):

Assess your priorities and devote your time and your energy only to those things that you consider to be worthy goals. There are only 24 hours in a day, even for an Aries, and you cannot possibly get everything done at once. Think quality, not quantity.

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

The sun in the sympathetic sign of Virgo at this time of year means there is no limit to what you can accomplish. Career-wise, as well as creatively and romantically, just about everything you turn your hand and mind to will go amazingly well.

GEMINI (May 22 - June 21):

Loved ones may be rather demanding but if you put yourself out for them now they will do just about anything for you later on. You may not agree with all their aims and ambitions but don’t let that deter you. Humour them and help them.

CANCER (June 22 - July 23):

What you do with your life is limited only by the boundaries you choose to impose on yourself, so start believing that all things are possible and before you know it, you will be heading for the top. As a cardinal sign it’s where you belong.

LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):

The sun in the financial area of your chart makes this a good time to look at what you own and what you earn and how you can improve your cash-flow situation. Worldly things are important to you now, so by all means aim to be rich.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):

Most things you tackle now will work out well. This is one of the best times of the year for getting things done, so don’t hold back – go all out to be a winner in the game of life. And do so with a smile on your face.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):

You might prefer to disguise your feelings and pretend that nothing fazes you but the sun in the most sensitive area of your chart means you won’t fool anyone but yourself. There is nothing wrong with showing your emotional side Libra.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):

Don’t waste precious time dreaming about what might have been if you had only done this or done that. You should know by now that the only day that truly matters is today, so aim to make each 24-hour period better than the one before.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):

You have never been the sort to keep your opinions to yourself and you are not about to change your ways now. Having said that, you need to recognize that if you say the wrong thing to people in positions of power it could rebound badly on you.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):

If you feel like packing a travel bag and heading off into the unknown then by all means do so. At this time of year more than most you need to get away from your usual environment, if only for a few hours. Give your wanderlust its head.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):

It may be that for every step forward you take the universe shoves you two steps back but don’t be disheartened. If nothing else this particular phase in your life will teach you how to be patient, something that does not always come naturally to you.

PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):

You may look at life in terms of black and white, good and evil, right and wrong, but deep down you now it isn’t like that at all. It’s time to admit, if only to yourself, that the world is a far more complicated, and more interesting, place.
