IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Your social life will improve dramatically over the coming year and your popularity will lead to all kinds of invitations, both personal and professional. Be selective about who and what you get involved with. There’s only so much of you to go around.

ARIES (March 21 - April 20):

You have nothing to fear and everything to look forward to, so why are you so determined to take a negative view of life? You need to understand that bad thoughts can sometimes lead to bad things. Think positive Aries, today and every day.

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

You may have to postpone something you were looking forward to today, but come the end of the week you will be glad you were forced to change. The universe knows better than you do what direction your life is destined to take.

GEMINI (May 22 - June 21):

You don’t have to beat your rivals into submission, no matter how much you think they deserve it. Whatever conflict you may be in the middle of at the moment, you can and you must find a compromise solution – there’s always one available.

CANCER (June 22 - July 23):

If something you are being asked to do does not fit in with your long-term plans then just say “No”. You are who you are for a reason and you do what you do because it feels right to you, not because others expect it of you.

LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):

No, your hopes and wishes have not been dashed. It’s just that the universe knows better than you do that you should be doing something else, something better, something more fulfilling, and is dropping you a massive hint. Take it.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):

The good times just keep on coming but you must not allow yourself to be lulled into a false sense of security. By all means enjoy what is going on in your life but don’t expect it to last forever. Change is coming – be ready for it.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):

You seem rather touchy at the moment, due no doubt to the sun’s journey through the most sensitive area of your chart. Just be careful you don’t say anything that might turn people against you. Look on the bright side and see the good in everyone.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):

Not everyone believes in the same causes as you, so give friends and loved ones and work colleagues a pass if they don’t seem to care about what maybe you care about too much. Lighten up a little Scorpio, life is supposed to be fun.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):

There is no point arguing with someone in a position of power, because they clearly have no intention of listening to what you have to say. Either hold your tongue and go along with their plans or cut loose and work for someone else.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):

You may be out of favour with someone at the moment but don’t let it worry you. You don’t need the patronage of those higher up the ladder of success, you are more than capable of looking after yourself. Maybe that’s what they are worried about!

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):

You may be tempted to get your own back on someone who gave you a bad time recently, but is it worth the time and the effort? Probably not. You will feel better, about them, about yourself and about life in general, if you forgive and forget.

PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):

You may find it hard to put your feelings into words over the next 24 hours but your body language will speak volumes. Let those you love know by your actions that you still think the world of them, no matter what they may have said or done.
