IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Security in life is important, of course, but it should not be more important to you than freedom. The message of your birthday chart is that you need to let go of what appears to be holding you up – because in fact it is just holding you back.

ARIES (March 21 - April 20):

You may have to dance to someone else’s tune as the new week begins but you will still be generally free of restrictions and limitations. If others have power over you it can only be because you have given them that power – so take it back!

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

It may seem to some people as if you are dreaming the impossible dream but they do not possess your level of self-belief. Whatever it is you want out of life you will find a way to get it, be it today, tomorrow or further into the future.

GEMINI (May 22 - June 21):

Try not to be too sensitive to criticism and steer clear of revealing your feelings, especially if they are negative in nature! Whatever happens over the next 24 hours, be it good, bad or indifferent, the important thing is that you deal with it calmly.

CANCER (June 22 - July 23):

Loved ones will be rather demanding today and you may have to make sacrifices you don’t want to make. Be that as it may you recognize that you have an obligation to assist them, so do so with good grace. One day they will return the favour.

LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):

Make sure those around you know how you feel today. Sometimes you can be a bit too self-controlled for your own good, and rather than suffer in silence it may pay you to kick up a bit of a fuss. But only a bit – don’t overdo it!

VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):

There is a danger now that you could go on a spending spree and buy things you cannot afford, and probably don’t need to possess. For big purchases make sure you get some sort of money-back guarantee – you may have to use it quite quickly.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):

Put your own needs first as the new week begins and don’t feel in the least bit guilty that you appear to be doing well while others are struggling. People never have been and never will be equal in their abilities. There will always be winners and losers.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):

Make sure you don’t let your workload get on top of you this week. Draw up a schedule you know you can keep to and refuse to deviate from it, not even for people who promise you more money if you take on extra chores.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):

Someone you meet on your travels today could become a useful contact in the near future, so keep your eyes and ears open and don’t ignore people just because they seem a bit “different” in their ways. Think how you might look to them!

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):

The most important thing now is that you look and act confident in all situations, because if your rivals get the idea that you are even a little bit anxious they will go out of their way to play on it. Pretend you don’t have a care in the world.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):

Yes, your head is full of fantastic ideas but how many of them are ever going to see the light of day? Your main task now should be to focus on the two or three things that are likely to have the biggest impact. Ignore everything else.

PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):

Don’t waste your precious time and energy on activities that don’t bring a good return. If you are serious about improving your financial situation – and you should be – then you need to concentrate on what pays the most. Yes, money is important.
