Volume was the buzzword at LG Fashion Week in Toronto this season: Not only did designers such as Evan Biddell and Pink Tartan's Kimberly Newport-Mimran exaggerate fall's silhouettes to bigger and bulkier degrees, but the event's venue, the Allstream Centre, was among its largest ever, comfortably seating 1,200. (Too bad more designers than ever chose to present offsite this year.)
