Style Bumble CEO Whitney Wolfe Herd’s outside-the-box wedding gift ideas

Whitney Wolfe Herd is one of the most successful tech entrepreneurs in the game. A co-founder of the popular dating app Tinder, Wolfe Herd launched its most progressive competitor, Bumble, in 2011, after walking away with a $1-million sexual harassment settlement. Bumble puts the power in the hands of female users by only allowing women to initiate conversations. Last year, the app launched its latest verticals, Bumble Bizz and Bumble BFF, devised to help foster business connections and budding friendships in the digital age.

She's gotten accolades from the likes of Forbes and Time, but Wolfe Herd considers the many successful partnerships made on Bumble to be among her greatest achievements. “It’s safe to say based on the invites I’ve received from Bumble couples, it’s going to be a busy wedding season,” she says.

Wolfe Herd hosted her own dream wedding last fall in Positano, Italy. “On the way to my wedding, my soon-to-be mother-in-law gave me a vintage necklace that belonged to her mother, who they called “Queen P,” she says. “It’s the most beautiful bee pendant necklace that I’ve ever seen.”
