When the weather's hot, it's hard to find the motivation to even enter the kitchen, let alone turn on your stove. And ordering take-out seven nights a week is not a viable solution. Enter the perfect "no-cook" summer dinner – these recipes don't require a stove, oven or even a grill.

All you need is a little time: The total prep for this meal takes one hour, with the exception of the ice cream, which can be made up to three days ahead. Or, if you prefer an instant dessert, serve a tasty gelato with seasonal fruit instead.
