NPR's week-long series about siblings is picking up steam. It's got everything: studies, feel-good stories and yes, because it's radio, lots of rad tunes from sibling acts like the Jackson Five and the Beach Boys to keep it from being too serious.

Today, a story about a woman whose brother stepped in to be her family's manny.

Over at the New York Times' Motherlode blog, they're talking about a recent piece from NPR about whether we're similar to our siblings. Physically, maybe, but apparently we're only 20 per cent likely to have similar personalities - that's only slightly higher than your chances with a random stranger.
