The buy: Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort on Florida’s Emerald Coast has a package aimed at golfers. It includes accommodation and two rounds of championship golf, plus free replay rounds booked at the course on the day of play.

The savings: More than $200 a day in some cases.

The catch: You must travel before Feb. 28.

Why it’s worth it: This 2,400-acre resort offers more than 11 kilometres of beaches, four championship golf courses, 15 tennis courts, 19 swimming pools, a fitness centre and spa plus a pedestrian village with boutique shopping, eateries and nightlife.

The buy: Oceania Cruises is offering business class air upgrades from $799 a person, one way, on select 2013 Europe sailings this summer.

The savings: Up to 50 per cent on normal business class fares.

The catch: You have to book a veranda stateroom or higher by March 31.

Why it’s worth it: The offer is available on a range of 10- and 12-day sailings in Scandinavia and the Mediterranean on the Marina, Riviera and Nautica.

The buy: Xanterra South Rim is offering reduced rates this winter for accommodation at the Grand Canyon.

The savings: Up to 35 per cent on one-night stays and 46 per cent on two nights.

The catch: You have to travel by March 7.

Why it’s worth it: You get to experience the trails and views of one of the most popular attractions in the U.S. without the summer crowds for $85 a night plus tax at Maswik South and $115 a night at Maswik North. If you stay at least two consecutive nights at Maswik North, the rate is $95 (Use promo code is “STAY2” when making reservations).

The buy: Marriott Rewards is offering members a so-called MegaBonus.

The savings: You get up to three free nights.

The catch: You have to register online or call 1-888-MARRIOTT (627-7468) by March 15. Stay twice at any participating hotel between Feb. 1 and April 30, 2013, and you’ll receive one free night after every second paid stay, up to three free nights.
