Miami - Noble Experiment, at right, a tailor shop-turned-speak easy in Miami Beach, serves up a rare single-barrel Kentucky bourbon with its custom fittings. Specializing in bespoke menswear, designer Ashley Liemer's creations include tailored shirts and Prohibition era-inspired suits that can be paired with one-of-a-kind magnifying glasses, cufflinks and stick pins. Liemer is on hand to do fittings by appointment only and, after pouring clients a glass of something stiff, he personally guides them through various fabric swatches and patterns.
