The BC Liberals met on Feb. 12 for a convention that will set the stage for the Feb. 26 vote to elect a new party leader – and the next premier of British Columbia.

The old Vancouver convention centre was abuzz as party members and delegates clustered in groups: there was a palpable feeling of excitement.

The Globe and Mail provided eyes and ears for readers throughout the six-hour convention, in minute-by-minute, wall-to-wall coverage through our mobile website (and here online), from our veteran team of political reporters.

Click on to our live blog, which ran through the duration of the convention, complete with audio interviews, live pictures and on-the-spot video.
