The new "Fast and Furious" movie is coming out, but it seems RCMP west of Calgary got a preview of what might be in that flick.

Officers say they clocked a motorcyclist going 246km/h on the Trans-Canada Highway in Banff National Park on Thursday afternoon.

The speed limit in the area is 90 km/h.

RCMP didn't start a pursuit, but believe he continued east at over 180 km/h.

Eventually, officers in Canmore, Alta., found him and they say the motorcyclist did "the right thing" and pulled over.

A 23-year-old Calgary man is facing charges of dangerous driving and flight from a police officer.
