Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge landed in a float plane off the coast of Vancouver for a visit accompanied by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau. During their stay the royal couple visited Sheway, a centre that provides support for native women, met refugees at the Immigrant Services Society of British Columbia New Welcome Centre and met members of the Canadian Olympic team at the Telus Gardens.
