Fire ravages Kingston construction site; man rescued after trapped on crane

A crane operator was rescued on Tuesday after being trapped above a fire in Kingston. Dozens of firefighters have descended on the blaze at an apartment building under construction in on Princess Street. Witnesses say flames shot above the building and that large chunks of flaming debris went floating off it.
