Drivers licences of people who hire prostitutes in Manitoba would be suspended under a proposed law being developed by Attorney-General Gord Mackintosh. Manitoba already has a law that allows police to seize the vehicles of suspected johns. But Mr. Mackintosh said that law can be hard to enforce because they sometimes don't use their own cars. CP
