Search on for 17-year-old after two youths end up in water near North Bay, Ont.

Police are searching for a 17-year-old boater who went missing on a lake near North Bay, Ont.

Provincial police say the young man was out with another 17-year-old on a fishing boat on Sunday morning when they somehow ended up in the water on Lake Nosbonsing in Bonfield Township with the unmanned boat circling around them.

One of the boys was rescued by civilians and the search is on for the other, who police have identified as Christopher Stanley of North Bay.

An ambulance took the rescued teen to hospital.
