Donna Bertrand and Dustin King were found dead within days of each other in Ms. Bertrand's downtown Brockville apartment, lethal amounts of prescription pills in their bloodstreams. <br/> <br/>An inquest into their deaths has tasked a five-person jury with trying to figure out what doctors, policy-makers, pharmacists and police should do in the face of growing prescription opioid abuse.
