July 13: Meaghan Benfeito and Roseline Filion on their way to a gold medal in the 10m platform diving finals at the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games.

June 24: When Carter Keith was five months old, a daycare worker shook him so violently that he had to be admitted to hospital. Carter, now eleven, had an eleven-hour operation to repair his knees and required subsequent physiotherapy treatment. After the operation the family chose to receive Carter’s physiotherapy treatment at their home in Welland, Ontario instead of at a hospital further away. In the end they didn't receive the care promised to them and Christine had to stay at home, as well as have a nurse come in daily.

April 26 was Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day with photographers around the world taking part in the annual event.

February 4: After 54 years of marriage, Hui Ying Chen and Huan Mei Chen were finally able to have wedding photos taken. Many couples from China were wed during the Cultural Revolution and missed out on having a proper wedding ceremony.

January 14: A pedestrian walks along College Street in Toronto.

January 1: Despite the freezing temperatures, 700 dippers take part in the 30th Courage Polar Bear Dip at Coronation Park in Oakville, Ontario.

December 11: Originally from Damascus, Syria, Esther Agigian and her brother Norair relax in the bedroom of their new home in Cambridge, Ontario.
