Eleven days into the election campaign, has Stephen Harper allowed himself yet to meet a single Canadian who wasn't already a Conservative supporter ( Ejections At Campaign Rallies A 'Staff' Issue, Harper Says - online, April 5)? How can a politician who so deliberately insulates himself from differing viewpoints expect us to believe that he can effectively lead this country in all its wonderful, diverse complexity?
