Police say they are working to extradite a man arrested in Greece on a murder charge in a brazen daylight slaying last year in Toronto.

Investigators say 25-year-old Rabih Alkhalil is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting of John Raposo, 35, on June 18.

Police say Alkhalil is also wanted for drug- and organized-crime-related offences by Niagara regional police and Quebec provincial police.

Raposo was found fatally shot on the patio of the Sicilian Sidewalk Cafe on Toronto's College Street last summer.

Alkhalil is the fourth person arrested in Raposo's death, which police say was "a targeted murder." Dean Wiwchar, 27, of Vancouver, and Nicola Nero, 36, of Niagara Falls, Ont., are in custody in Canada

Police say Martino Caputo, 39, of Toronto, is being held pending extradition proceedings in Germany.

All have been charged with first-degree murder.
