Photos and video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford at Steak Queen restaurant

The video posted online Tuesday shows Rob Ford in a fast-food restaurant, talking to an unknown group of men about Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair – who he calls a series of expletives. He speaks in what sounds like a Jamaican accent, and appears to be describing a police drug investigation that targeted him and his friend, alleged drug dealer Alessandro Lisi.

Other photos emerged of the Toronto Mayor at Steak Queen, the restaurant where the video was taken.
