Two Globe and Mail reporters viewed recently filmed footage of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford once again smoking what appears to be crack cocaine. The video is one of three clips that a self-professed crack and heroin dealer claimed to have shot in the basement of Mr. Ford's sister's home. The Globe obtained a series of screen grabs from that footage.
Mayor Rob Ford holds a long metallic pipe that appears to be consistent with crack cocaine smoking. The man who says he shot the video claims the mayor was smoking crack cocaine.
This most recent video shows Mayor Rob Ford dressed in what appears to be the same clothes that he wore to a press conference last Friday.
In each of the clips, Mayor Rob Ford can be seen gesturing wildly and swaying on the spot. He appears impaired.
The man shooting the video holds up a second cellphone in front of the phone, which indicates the time as Saturday, April 26, 1:15 a.m.
