The GTA is digging out after an early-morning storm hammered the region, stymieing public transit and giving many students a snow day.

Elementary and high schools

Subways are unaffected, but streetcars and buses are experiencing delays of about 15 minutes

GO Transit

Modified schedule on its three busiest routes, the Lakeshore West, Lakeshore East and Georgetown lines. Trains are stopping at all stations, with no express service. Schedules available here.

Major commuter routes

Gardiner westbound Reopened after downed hydro lines, but expect delays: Eastbound (Hwy. 427 to Jameson), expect 10-minute delay Weestbound (Jameson to Hwy 427), expect 10-minute delay
