Audio: Somali Prime Minister on how Canada can help Somalia and Africa

Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, the Prime Minister of the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia, visited The Globe and Mail editorial board on Sept. 19 with senior members of his administration, including Abdurahman Hosh Jibril, a Canadian citizen and Somalia's Minister of Constitutional Affairs and Reconciliation.

Mr. Ali (the first man heard in the clip) and Mr. Jibril (the second man heard) spoke about what Canada can do to assist Somalia, which could include international encouragement to set up a trusteeship that would allow the Somali government to function.
