Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, the Prime Minister of the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia, visited The Globe and Mail editorial board on Sept. 19 with senior members of his administration, including Abdurahman Hosh Jibril, a Canadian citizen and Somalia's Minister of Constitutional Affairs and Reconciliation.
