The Group of Seven leader summit will be held in Schloss Elmau, near the village of Krün, Bermany. Since 1999's World Trade Organization meeting in Seattle was accompanied by riots which led to scores of arrests, major international summits have moved to smaller towns less accessible to demonstrators.
