Hip-hop group tries to forge ties with UN

Hip-hop culture came to one of the least hip locations yesterday to try to change its bad-boy image, declare itself a movement of peace and forge ties with the United Nations.

Chris Parker said at UN headquarters that his group, the Temple of Hiphop, could help world leaders find a "direct voice to the streets of your countries." AP
