In its annual review of the year's news, Time magazine named "The Protester" as its 2011 person of the year. Much of the Arab world remains in upheaval. A leaderless movement unknown in 2010, Occupy Wall Street led to sit-ins around the world. Harsh austerity measures forced Europeans into the streets. Even in China, civil unrest is brewing. Change is definitely afoot.
