David Daokui Li Resume: A professor with a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard, Mr. Li is currently serving as director for the Centre for China in the World Economy at a university in Beijing. He's also held several positions with universities across the world. Current: Mr. Li holds several positions related to Chinese economics, including an academic membership in the monetary policy committee of the Central Bank of China. His current research interests include China's ability to adapt to its larger economic status. Interesting fact: He spent his childhood in the Sichuan province after his parents were displaced during the Cultural Revolution.
