Andrew Auerbach is appointed Executive Vice-President & Head, Private Client Division, BMO Nesbitt Burns. Mr. Auerbach has deep knowledge and experience in the wealth management space.
Since joining BMO in 2000, he has held several senior positions within the wealth business - including Senior Vice-President and Head, BMO Harris Private Banking, where he was responsible for the implementation of the overall business strategy of BMO Harris Private Banking in Canada & Asia.
In his most recent role, Mr. Auerbach served as Executive Vice-President & Head, Sales and Distribution, Canadian Personal & Commercial Banking, where he led the transformation of BMO's physical distribution network, including the implementation of new technology capabilities, new branch formats to align with changing demands of customers, and leading employee engagement.
Mr. Auerbach is a member of the Board of Directors of BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and a member of the United Way Major Individual-Giving Cabinet. In addition, Mr. Auerbach currently holds membership in the Toronto CFA Society, the CFA Institute, and the Financial Planning Standards Council.
