O'Toole brushes off grassroots vote on climate change

Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole says the fact that party convention delegates opposed a resolution explicitly stating that climate change is a reality should not colour Canadians' opinion of the Tories. O'Toole says he's the leader, and he and his caucus agree they need to take action to address climate change.
