The Agent's Take: "It was a fantastic Victorian farmhouse with a very deep lot and two-car garage on a great street in a great, hip, up-and-coming neighbourhood," said agent Kimmé Myles, who adds the average lot just 100 feet deep.
"It was definitely priced to attract multiple offers because we knew the house was quite unique."
For instance, the design suits many demographics.
"It has an unfinished basement and it has three bedrooms, but there's a really interesting loft space with small stairs that could be converted into an amazing bedroom space or they could open it up with a cathedral ceiling," Ms. Myles said.
"There's a side pantry room – more like a Victorian porch – in original condition … but it was so charming."
