This property's highlights revolved around its design. "It had a lot of character to it [like] leaded glass windows, and it had an open concept feel, but the living and dining area were still separate," Mr. Weir adds.

"It was move-in ready so you could stay there as is, or do a little bit in the kitchen or put a $200,000 addition on the back."
