LISTING AGENTS Cameron Weir and Scott Hanton, Keller Williams Advantage Realty

The Action: The sellers of this detached, Leslieville home opted for the upgraded "gold package" services of agents Cameron Weir and Scott Hanton, who brought in a professional team of cleaners, stager, photographer and marketers.

Though the preparations were hassle-free for the owners, the agents were busy monitoring dozens of showings and nearly 300 open house visitors before faced with 10 competing offers.

What They Got: This updated brick residence provides 1,636-square-feet of living space, an exterior shed and private two-car parking alongside the 25-by-116-foot lot.

A wide front porch greets visitors into a foyer leading into a dining area with coffered ceilings and an adjacent entertaining space with pot lights and a doorway to an eat-in kitchen with a side exit.

The top floor accommodates three bedrooms with hardwood floors like the principal rooms, while the lower level is a 809-square-foot space with storage areas, laundry facilities, a second bathroom and rear exit.

The Agent's Take: "This street is very much in demand," says Mr. Hanton, who sold a bungalow there just a few weeks after this one. "No two houses are the same. The range of sizes and price points is amazing."

This property's highlights revolved around its design. "It had a lot of character to it [like] leaded glass windows, and it had an open concept feel, but the living and dining area were still separate," Mr. Weir adds.

"It was move-in ready so you could stay there as is, or do a little bit in the kitchen or put a $200,000 addition on the back."
