“A lot of units in the building are bigger than people are looking for, which comes with a larger price tag,” Mr. Gwillim said. “So you can get up to over 100 days on the market.”
“There were five or six [other suites in the building] up against us, and ours was probably turned around in the quickest amount of time.”
What they got
