LISTING AGENT Boris Kholodov, Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., Johnston and Daniel Division

The Action: Just steps from the subway, shops, cinemas and restaurants at Yonge and Eglinton, Quantum had several suites listed for sale, including this two-bedroom corner unit. Glossy marketing photos, a brochure and a video were produced, which brought in 10 serious buyers and one bid.

What They Got: A relatively new high-rise development is home to a few commercial outlets and hundreds of private residences, such as this 930-square-foot unit outfitted with upscale hardwood floors and granite counters, stainless steel appliances and energy-efficient laundry machines.

Half of the 11th-floor suite is open concept with a U-shaped kitchen, living and dining area lined with walls of windows and sliding balcony doors. The other half contains two bedrooms, one of which features a walk-in closet, second balcony and one of two full bathrooms.

This unit comes with a locker and parking, as well as monthly fees of $579 for 24-hour concierge and operation of a gym, pool, media and party rooms.

The Agent’s Take: “This is definitely the best building in the area because of the amenities and quality of construction, and the prices reflect that,” agent Boris Kholodov said. “The layout is particularly desirable because it’s a corner layout that offers an open living and dining room and kitchen in the corner.”
