The Agent's Take: "It's a great neighbourhood, Centennial Rouge," says agent Heather Lemieux. "And this has a double garage, but it's detached, so that meant it had a completely full basement."

The meticulous condition of this subdivision home was another perk. "[The seller] had it professionally caulked seven years before, and it's still in pristine condition, so the heating bill was something like $900 for the whole winter, and it was a cold winter," says agent Heather Lemieux.

"That just gives you an idea of the kind of attention to detail these guys did. Everything was done, someone just has to move in."
