Osoyoos four-star opens second phase Add to ...

The Spirit Ridge Resort and Spa in Osoyoos is now selling phase two of their quarter and whole ownerships of resort residences with the opportunity for revenue sharing.

"One of the most unique features of Spirit Ridge is the flexibility to owners and investors," says Curt Jansen, real estate manager for Spirit Ridge. While proprietors at Spirit Ridge have full use of their suite whenever they wish, they also have the option of collecting a share of the revenue made by renting the room or suite when not in use. "Owners can use it when they wish, keep it in the revenue pool or take advantage of a full-interval, international five-star exchange," says Mr. Jansen.

Designated as a four-star resort, buyers at Spirit Ridge will enjoy full use of the resort's amenities including, two year-round pools and hot-tubs, a theatre, two fitness rooms, three on-site restaurants, the Sonora Dunes Golf Course and a full service spa which is scheduled to open this spring.

For the more adventurous owner, Spirit Ridge also offers hiking and biking trails, a full service horse stable and a marina with ski boats, kayaks and canoes. For the winter sports enthusiast, Spirit Ridge is sited within a 40-minute drive of the Mount Baldy Ski Resort.

Spirit Ridge aims to combine its history with luxury resort living. Sited on desert lands of the Nk'Mip Indian Band with Canada's warmest and driest climate, Spirit Ridge has an on-site Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre, campground and wine vineyard to help residents and visitors envelope themselves in the spirit of the desert.

Owning a suite or villa at Spirit Ridge is to have a recreational property with resort amenities without maintenance or upkeep. All units are furnished with quality bedding, carpet and ceramic tiles, and come with underground parking, Internet connection, televisions and barbeques.

The buildings have been designed with nine-foot ceilings, spacious balconies and patios, concrete flooring with underlay to eliminate noise transmission and expansive windows to take advantage of the views.
